ec_post_event

Hello,

in spite of some effort I have not been able to use ec_post_event.

I've tried it like this:

EC_atom handler("name");

ec_post_event(handler);

The compiler didn't want to take it. I included external.h and eclipse_cc.h

What do I have to do?
