No. Many ECLiPSe libraries, especially the constraint-related ones,
use special ECLiPSe language features (delayed goals, attributed
variables, priorities, etc) which are not available in a plain Prolog
implementation.

On the other hand, most code that runs on Quintus should run on
ECLiPSe using the quintus compatibility library.
