instantiation fault in compile(File)

Dear experts,

Good afternoon.

I have tried to compile a program by doing this

[eclipse]: [Interpreter].
or
[eclipse]: compile(Interpreter).

But I got this error:

instantiation fault in compile(Interpreter).

I have tried to look for the reasons from your documentation but I failed...
Could anyone tell me why and how to solve this problem, please?
