Dear Joachim Thanks for your support, however I still have problems with this issue. I'm calling a predicate solve(X) where X is the list of all journal (Structs) then I optimize a solution and X should be the list with the new values of the optimized solution. The problem that when I return the result to CompoundTerm, the output is shown as follows: "com.parctechnologies.eclipse.CompoundTermImpl with [functor== arity=2 arg(1)=[com.parctechnologies.eclipse.CompoundTermImpl with [functor=journal arity=7 arg(1)=1 arg(2)=com.parctechnologies.eclipse.Atom with [functor=columnar] arg(3)=1 arg(4)=30 arg(5)=1 arg(6)=0 arg(7)=50], com.parctechnologies.eclipse.CompoundTermImpl with [functor=journal arity=7 arg(1)=2 arg(2)=com.parctechnologies.eclipse.Atom" I want to extract from the list each journal with it's args independently. N.B journal is the struct, type:columnar is an arg in struct Thanks, Maged Zamzam On Sun, Apr 11, 2010 at 1:32 AM, Maged Zamzam <maged.zamzam_at_gmail.com>wrote: > Dear all, > I have a Struct Journal in the CP code and I want to take each item in the > Journal to be displayed in Java explicitly without having to parse. > Is there a way to take the list of all Journals and convert into args?? > > Thanks in advance :) > Maged Zamzam > > -- > ----------- > Maged Zamzam > Computer Science and Engineering > German University in Cairo > Egypt. > > Follow me on Twitter: @mandofagasta > Facebook: facebook.com/mandofagasta > Skype ID: mandofagasta > -- ----------- Maged Zamzam Computer Science and Engineering German University in Cairo Egypt.
