Hi Andy,

&:: is used for symbolic constraints (at least as far I am aware).
Yes, I have loaded the sd library. 

I have the same problem when using #:: for integer constraints, even
when I have loaded the ic library.

It seems to be a problem with the parsing code for rpc.
