Hi Chuck,

Could you download the Windows version of ECLiPSe from www.eclipse-clp.org -- any version
from #69 or newer should do. It contains a possible workaround for the Win2K problem, but
for the tkeclipse.dll problem (but I suspect the other problems are probably similar). If you
are able to start up tkeclipse with this build, we can then look at fixing the other problems
as well.
