The first time i didn't reboot immediately (i can't say whether a
request of reboot popped up from the tlc installer or not, as i didn't
put much attention in it), i tried to run tkeclipse, got the error,
rebooted, retried (unsuccessfuly) [and now is when i tried to install on
another -not mine- computer running windows xp sp2 ECLiPSe, got a
"reboot" pop up, rebooted, ran successfuly tkeclipse], uninstalled (only
eclipse), reinstalled (and now i can assure no reboot windows popped
up), retried (unsuccessfuly), rebooted, retried (unsuccessfuly),
uninstalled (eclipse, tcl, graphviz), rebooted, reinstalled (no pop up),
rebooted, retried (unsuccessfuly).
