Further to Mark's answer, I have just added example code
for the jobshop scheduling problem to the ECLiPSe web site,
including a literature reference, see

Some of this code might be packaged up as a proper ECLiPSe
library in a forthcoming release. Any external contributions
or help with maintaining and developing such a library would
be very welcome, since the resources of the ECLiPSe team at
IC-Parc are limited!
