Hi "ab",

Actually "min_max" find the minimum possible value for the maximum 
of a list of variables, so you don't need to introduce a "maximum"
variable X at all.
You can simply write:
min_max((

no_overlaps(Solution), %two tasks wich need the same guy cannot be at
the same time
labeling(L)

),L),
