delayed_goals_handler/3 in CHR library?

Hello,

When we try to load the chr library

[eclipse 1]: lib(chr).

we get the following response:

strings.pl compiled traceable 0 bytes in 0.01 seconds
chr2pl.eco loaded traceable 0 bytes in 0.07 seconds
chr.eco    loaded traceable 0 bytes in 0.11 seconds

calling an undefined procedure delayed_goals_handler(341, [_53100|_53101], 
eclipse) in module sepia_kernel
Abort

How can we get around this problem? Do we have to use the extended CHR?
