Is it still the case that "the legal situation is that commercial exploitation of Eclipse currently is exclusive to our start-up company Parc Technologies" ? Is there a way for me to release a commercial application that uses Eclipse? Or should I be looking for an alternative straightaway? It would only be very kind of you suggest an alternative...
