Using min_max with a list objective function

Dear fellow ECLiPSe users,

I am using the min_max predicate and using a list as my objective function.
This minimizes the max value in the list, then returns that solution.
However, what I really want to do is minimize the max value in the list,
then without changing that value, minimize the next largest value and so on.

Does anyone know of a method to achieve that result?

Any help is very gratefully received.
