Dear ECLiPSe Users,

We are pleased to announce that ECLiPSe 4.1 is ready and can be
downloaded from our web site, using your existing password. 

The main new features are

- The tkeclipse development environment for Unix and Windows
- New debugger
- Uniform Scripting Language Interface for Tcl/Tk and VisualBasic
