If you start tkeclipse from the command line, do what the message says, e.g.
call "tkeclipse -g 1G" to start tkeclipse with a global stack limit of 1GB.

If you start tkeclipse from a menu, use the Preference Editor to set
"Global/trail stack size", save preferences, and restart.
