[eclipse-clp-users] Why minimize predicate does not provide solutions sorted after the value of the cost function.

Hello,

I have a case when I am asking the eclipse solver to minimize the sum of 
some variables and the following situation occurs:
solution1: cost 208508
solution2: cost 208452
solution3: cost 209180

What could be the possible reasons for this behavior?

PS: attached there is code for my problem.
