Hi Philippe,

Are you running on a PPC Mac, or an Intel Mac? The MacOS X binaries is really designed to run
on the PPC Mac only.

Secondly, when you say error messages, do you mean that xtkeclipse fails to run, or just that you
get these messages -- I have seen this sort of messages under X sometimes (on Linux), and
it is not clear why they occur, but they don't seem to otherwise affect the running of tkeclipse.

I am not quite clear how you are running debugdemo.ecl. Can you give more details?
Some questions:
1. Did you run it from the tty eclipse, tkeclipse, or xtkeclipse?
2. What do you mean by freeze exactly? Are you running it by following the instructions in the
ECLiPSe tutorial chapter on debugging? When you compile the program, you get a window
displaying the map, but nothing will happen on that window until you start running the
query colour/0.

Cheers,

Kish
